Cambo ACB-980

Cambo has introduced an upgrade solution so previous purchasers of the Cambo Actus camera platform for DLSR and Mirrorless systems can upgrade and use the new Fuji GFX.

ACB-980-01_w

The kit consists of a new rear standard, the bayonet holder with GFX bayonet and a front riser block to match  the height of the GFX body.

For photographers that wish to swap between their GFX cameras and DSLR and Mirrorless cameras there is the AC-78E rear bayonet mount.

The AC-78E is a great solution for fast swapping between the GFX and other camera systems. The rear bayonet can be unhooked, removed, and then replaced with the bayonet of your choice.

Contact your local Cambo dealer for price and availability.

Cambo CA-GFX

Based on the knowledge used in our other Canon lens adapters, Cambo has now created an adapter to enable the use of Canon lenses on the new Fujifilm GFX 50s camera.
This adapter is mounted directly to the GFX camera bayonet and it controls the aperture of Canon lenses electronically, by similar controls as on the ACB-CA and WRE-CA.

Be aware that there is no further protocol to communicate with the GFX camera for setting aperture, autofocus or EXIF date from the lens.

It may be obvious that only Canon lenses that have a larger image circle, such as the T/S lenses, will have enough coverage for this sensor.

This combination makes it possible to use the new Fujifilm GFX camera with a 17mm (and 24mm) focal length that covers the full format of the Fuji’s 33x44mm sensor !!
Depending on the composition you may still be able to use the T/S movements on the lens itself, unobstructed.

Cambo AC-324 for Actar 24

The ACTAR-24 is, like most wide-angle lenses, relatively sensitive for environmental light, direct as well as indirect light. For this, Cambo has developed a compendium lens hood, dedicated to this wide-angle lens.

The hood is flexible and self-supporting. It can be pulled out to 80mm extension and folded backward enough to clear the edges from vignetting when using movements.

The hood slips over the 100mm diameter of the front of the lens and attaches with one synthetic thumbscrew.

Basically, this lens hood is compatible with any lens with a front diameter of 100mm, which also includes the Rodenstock HR-W 32mm, as used in several combinations with other Cambo products.

MBX Stand.
The new classed Mid-range studio stand will suit many photographers shooting with medium format camera systems. It is placed between the entry level Monostand and the heavier duty UST/UBS stand series.

The MBX stand combines several advantages of the various Cambo stands, such as a ball bearing movement for effortless vertical adjustment as well as rotation of the crossarm independently of vertical adjustments, all in a lighter, easier to assemble format.

The Actus EDU features an interchangeable bayonet holder for various system cameras. The top part holding the camera mount can easily be replaced. A locking lever secures it firmly in place.

Having the ability of rapidly changing this AC-78E holder makes it possible to always have a fitting solution within seconds when students bring their own camera bodies.

SLW-84 Interface for Sinar S30/45

SLW84_small

The new SLW-84 interface plate enables the use of Sinar’s latest digital back S30/45 on Cambo cameras.

Cambo’s SLW-adapters allow the use of various digital backs on the Cambo platform of the WRS-series, the ACTUS-DB and -XL, as well as the CSL-sliding back series.

The SLW-84 interface is mounted with 3 screws to the Sinar back, which is supplied with an open interface for various adapters.
Due to the layout of the Sinar back it is by default mounted in landscape orientation, although the SLW-84 can be mounted to the Cambo system in any orientation. The use of the Cambo WRS-1600 makes it possible in the easiest way to rotate between landscape and portrait position without releasing the back mount.
