The Cambo RPM-GFX focus mount has been in our product portfolio for a few years now. It enables the use of specialist lenses – like for film digitization – with Fujifilm GFX cameras. In a relatively short time span the GFX has become a popular camera body for use with our view cameras and copy stands. The camera’s focal plane shutter makes it easy to use with a plethora of lenses without losing the benefits of a physical shutter.

We’re now adding an RPM helical for use with the Hasselblad X1D and X2D cameras. In accordance with the brand’s heritage, the Hasselblad X cameras come with leaf shutter lenses. This may entail some limitations to the use of third party lenses. For applications like film digitization however, the on-sensor shutter inside the camera body is very adequate, along with the X2D’s added benefit of 4-shot Multi-Shot mode when tethered to the Phocus software. Which makes the RPM-XCD helical an interesting tool for Hasselblad owners to expand their cameras’ range of applications.

The RPM Helical is used with (stackable) extension tubes to optimise it for the focal length and desired magnification factor. We offer various front plates, which enable the use of #0, #1, m39, m56 and V-Groove. The latter adapts Rodenstock’s excellent HR-Digaron 105 Macro lens to your Fujifilm or Hasselblad camera.
